Temporary Q17 Pro purchase interruption

New Q17 Pro purchases are temporarily unavailable while payment-processing verification is completed. The required verification is scheduled for 27 July 2026. Purchases are expected to become available again from 28 July 2026, subject to final confirmation.

This interruption does not require users to change their card, UPI account, Google account, or device. Do not send payment-card or bank information to Q17 AI support.

App Support

For app issues, setup, model downloads, projects, agents, web support, or general help, email Q17 AI support with your app version and device details.

AI Output Reports

Use in-app report actions where available. Manual report flows do not upload raw prompt text, raw AI response text, generated image files, or attachment files unless a future flow explicitly asks and you choose to include them.

Voice, Vision, Image, and Attachments

For voice, camera, vision, image generation, PDF/XML/document parsing, or attachment issues, include the selected model or pack and the exact failed workflow.

Premium and Purchases

For Q17 Pro, premium model access, restore, or purchase issues, include Google Play order details if available. Do not send payment card or bank information.

Privacy Requests

For privacy questions, report-data questions, or deletion requests, email us with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.

Device and Backend Compatibility

For CPU, OpenCL, Vulkan, fallback, benchmark, or runtime issues, include the backend shown by the app and your exact phone model.
