1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using Q17 Private AI, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. AI Output Accuracy
AI outputs, model responses, image generation, vision results, PDF/XML extraction, document extraction, benchmark results, and backend labels may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, biased, unsafe, or unsuitable for your situation. You should review and verify important information before relying on any output.
3. User Responsibility
Q17 Private AI is an app interface for using AI features, local models, downloadable models, voice tools, vision tools, image generation, projects, agents, and optional online support. Q17 AI does not own or control every model or third-party resource that may be used through the app. You are responsible for your prompts, conversations, uploaded content, generated outputs, report notes, and any actions you take based on app results.
4. User Content and Attachments
You are responsible for the prompts, messages, files, attachments, camera captures, images, documents, and other content you provide to Q17 Private AI. Supported attachments may include PDF, XML, TXT, JSON, YAML, Markdown, CSV, code files, images, camera captures, and document files, depending on the feature used. You should only use content that you have the right to process. Extraction from PDFs, XML, images, code files, documents, and attachments may be incomplete or wrong.
5. Image Generation Limitations
Image generation can fail, produce unexpected output, reflect model limitations, or create content that does not match your prompt. You are responsible for prompts, generated images, edits, downloads, sharing, and any legal or safety obligations that apply to generated content.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use Q17 Private AI for illegal, harmful, abusive, exploitative, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, privacy-invasive, malware-related, self-harm, or dangerous purposes. You must not use the app to impersonate others, create non-consensual intimate or misleading content, violate intellectual property rights, bypass safety systems, or harm people, systems, or property.
7. No Professional Advice
Q17 Private AI does not replace professional advice in legal, medical, financial, safety, or emergency situations. Do not rely on the app as the only source for high-impact decisions.
8. No Emergency or Safety-Critical Use
Q17 Private AI should not be used as your only source of help in emergencies, medical issues, legal matters, financial decisions, safety-critical situations, or situations where incorrect output could cause harm. Contact qualified professionals or emergency services when needed.
9. Third-Party and Downloadable Models
Some AI models, voice models, image models, or related files may come from third-party creators, open-source projects, model providers, or external licensors. Those models may have their own licenses, restrictions, safety behavior, limitations, and output quality. Users should review any model information, license notices, and usage terms shown in the app before using downloaded or premium models.
10. Device, Backend, and Runtime Variability
CPU, OpenCL, and Vulkan availability, backend labels, benchmark results, model behavior, image generation, voice behavior, and device compatibility may vary by phone model, Android version, RAM, storage, chipset, GPU driver, selected model, app version, backend, and runtime stability. Q17 AI does not guarantee that a model, backend, or feature will be available or perform the same way on every device.
11. Premium Features, Purchases, and Refunds
Some models or features may require a premium purchase. Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Q17 AI does not directly collect or store your payment card information. Refunds, cancellations, restore behavior, and purchase issues are generally handled according to Google Play policies and the purchase flow available on your device.
12. Local and Online Features
Many workflows are designed around local app storage and downloaded models. Some features may require internet access, including optional web support, downloads, app updates, support communication, manual report submission, and purchase validation.
13. Manual Reporting
If you see offensive, unsafe, harmful, misleading, inappropriate, or broken AI behavior, you may report it through the app where available. Reports are manual and user-submitted. Report flows do not upload raw prompt text, raw AI response text, generated image files, or attachment files unless a future flow explicitly asks and you choose to include them. Q17 AI may review manually submitted reports to investigate bugs, safety issues, abuse, compatibility failures, and policy violations.
14. No Warranty
Q17 Private AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Q17 AI does not guarantee that the app, AI models, downloads, online features, outputs, generated content, benchmark results, backend behavior, or device compatibility will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for your needs.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Q17 AI is not responsible for losses, damages, claims, or consequences arising from your use of the app, reliance on AI outputs, uploaded content, generated content, third-party models, online services, purchases, downloads, or actions taken based on app results.
16. Changes to the App
Q17 AI may update, change, remove, suspend, or improve features over time to improve stability, safety, performance, compatibility, billing behavior, and user experience.
